Make an enquiry
Your enquiry
Tell us what you are looking to buy or sell, with the specifications that matter to you.
Preparing a crude-oil enquiry
Grade, quantity and delivery window give a crude-oil enquiry its shape. Quality figures are useful only when their meaning and source are clear.
Buying crude oil
Identify the requested grade, quantity and unit, delivery location and timing. Include any specified API gravity or sulphur requirements without guessing missing values. Distinguish a single cargo from a recurring requirement and state the proposed delivery basis, if known.
Offering crude oil
Include the stated grade, origin or loading location, quantity and loading window that can be confirmed. Explain your relationship to the seller and whether supporting product information is available. A loading location or proposed schedule is not proof of terminal access, allocation or available cargo.
After you submit
Successful submissions receive a CSI reference for follow-up. Contact details stay off the public opportunity board. Submitting a requirement or offer does not publish it or confirm availability, verification or an introduction. Initial enquiries need only document availability, not passports, bank details or proof documents.
How CSI introductions workCSI introduces buyers and sellers. An enquiry is not confirmation of availability, verification or an agreement. Terms and required checks remain subject to review.
