How the CSI website handles enquiries and contact information.
Service emails
Zoho processes recipient email addresses, CSI references and private access links to send submission receipts and requested recovery emails. New-submission alerts to the two CSI administrators contain only a reference and private tracker link. Email opening and click tracking are disabled. The website stores delivery status, provider reference and credential hashes, not email-link secrets. Email delivery is not guaranteed; keep the private link shown after submission.
Required contact details and private editing
New submissions require your name, email address and international phone number so CSI can contact you. These details are not published. Email and phone ownership are not automatically verified. Your private edit link gives its holder access to that submission for up to 90 days unless CSI revokes or replaces it. Keep it secret. Changes return to review; admin notes and commissions are not available through this link. CSI records the time, actor type and field names for edits and access changes. You can request recovery using the reference and email recorded on your submission. A recovery link expires after 20 minutes; confirming it replaces your old edit link. Revoked or closed submissions require CSI assistance.
Who receives your enquiry

Information you provide
The enquiry form collects the contact details, role, requirement or offer, commercial details and document-availability information you choose to provide. Do not submit passports, banking documents, private keys, wallet recovery phrases or other sensitive documents.
Private review and public opportunities
Submitted enquiries enter the private CSI tracker for review and follow-up. Submission does not automatically publish an opportunity. Only a separately reviewed public summary can appear on the opportunity board. Contact details, commissions and internal notes are excluded from that public summary.
Storage and essential security
The website and tracker use managed hosting and database services. The application uses security counters to limit abuse, including a hash derived from the requesting IP address and the current day for enquiry limits. Administrator sign-in uses an essential session cookie lasting up to eight hours. The application does not include advertising trackers.
Retention and your requests
The tracker does not currently delete enquiries automatically. Contact CSI to ask about retention, request access or correction, or request removal of your enquiry. Include your CSI reference when available; do not send identity documents through the public form.
WhatsApp and external services
WhatsApp links take you to a separate service governed by its own terms and privacy information. An opportunity link includes its public CSI reference in a draft message. You choose whether to send that message.
